We arevery pleased with the results. Berg Roofing's Teamis highly professional and wiling to work with you to meet your needs! Wonderful team, great service and clean up. I would highly recommend the team at Berg Roofing. We replaced a cedar shake roof with a weathered wood look, highqualityshingle, added new gutters, gutterguards andreplaced3skylights.
Berg Roofing was very easy to work with and went over the options available. They worked with my deadline and always readily available to answer any questions. Berg Roofing did a complete tear off of a layer of shaker shingles and 3 layers of asphalt shingles and replaced all the plywood and put a new layer of architectural shingles.
Dan took a personal interest in the project. No high pressure sales pitch. The workmen were efficient and competent. The foreman was extremely detail conscious. Project completed in the expected time frame. Impressed with the quality of the workmanship. New vinyl siding, fascia, soffits, gutters (with gutter guards), downspouts. They also installed the shutters and light fixtures we had purchased separately.
I highly recommend the Berg roofing company. Professional qualities include 1. No high pressure sales pitch 2. Full cost estimate up front 3. Great communication though out the process. 4. High quality job Roof, siding, gutters, fascia, replacement after storm damage.
I apolize to Berg Roofing. It was my mistake I originally gave them a poor rating and am changing my review. I got Berg Roofing mixed up with another roofing company. Please accept my apologies. Thank you for phoning me and following up. He returned my email promptly.
Went well. Just remember to take out your cars so they do not get dirty. Replaced the flat roof on my 2.5 cargarage.
Tom was always very responsive in coming out to give an estimate and any questions, concerns, etc. Gutter installers damaged some shingles but Tom was prompt in responding as usual. Had 2 workers mostly working in very cold conditions. In fact some days they called to advise no work that day due to adverse wind chills. Highly recommend. Replaced siding, gutters, and shutters last fall/winter.
The estimate process was upfront, quick and transparent. The estimated price was the price we ultimately paid and was noticeably lower than the other estimates we received. The install did include a fewvariations to the gutter system. The variations came at the install team leader's recommendation. These changes did not affect the price of the install and, I felt,were due solely to the team's desire to provide the most efficient gutter system. It was excellent! I think this is the second time we've used them. Berg Roofing and Home Improvements replaced the roof on our house and then the roof on the detached garage. I believe they also installed a side door for us.
