Just bought a used car from them. things that I found broke that were minor they didn't help with. ok. whatever. less than a week after purchase I realize the heater doesn't work. during the process I bring up the fact that the AC lags when turning on and the salesman says they will probably take care of it if it's an issue. Dropped my car off last thursday for a friday 8am apt and as it is now tuesday morning, they still haven’t touched it. I really dont like being lied to. Terrible service. Hope they get it fixed soon.

They keep sending me fake mailers that look like checks (scam) in an attempt to buy my 2019 Silverado…..that sold last year and used the $ to buy a 2021 through them 🙃

so I got a phone call yesterday from Robbie at the Berglund Center on Franklin Road to ask me if I would take my post because it was giving them a bad rating score so I took my post down until I got my money and my check was cashed because he act like he was going to try to hold my money if I did not take the post down I sold him a vehicle he sign the title did everything the price was set three days later he calls me and says oh well we can't buy your vehicle cuz we found problems with it while you cannot do that because yo... read more

they have hidden fees when you go through service department I had coupon for oil change they added in money for shop tax then said it was for the rags they used. go to hart gmc or Pinkerton

Very disappointed in our experience today. The salesman took all info, what vehicle my daughter was there to look at, price range and must haves. When they FINALLY took us out to look at what we thought was the vehicle she came there for, we were shown 2 that wasn't even close and then drove one we thought was it but wasn't. They tried to sell her a $54,000 Tahoe when she wanted one for $35,000. It took 3 or more times asking the price for the 2019 before they told us. Worst experience ever! The most unprofessional and uncommunicative sales staff I have ever encountered. They even told me they didn’t run my credit as we didn’t come to an agreement on price and trade in. They lied, the very next day I was notified by Equifax that they ran my credit! By reading other reviews maybe had I dealt with Mr. Fisher the experience would have been different!

Terrible service again car was ready had to wait on salesman to turn in paperwork 30 mins ridiculous 10 people in waiting room said something about it with the cornavirus did not seem to matter NEVER AGAIN
