Brought my 2007 Chev Avalanche in for state inspection, Timothy Swaim rejected for left front tire and brake pads & rotors. Took vehicle to another state inspection center, we replaced left front tire and was told there was nothing wrong with the rotors or brake pads, please share why Berglund would try to charge me over $800 to replace rotors & brake pads when they are clearly not damaged and were passed at another inspection station??????
It takes a lot to get my disapproval but after the treatment my family member received by these people here at Berglund, they deserve it! They are very bad. I would never come here. They treated my family member as less than a person. Everyone has to start somewhere and they were very ugly! This family member literally called me and left me a voicemail nearly in tears!! She was not only disapproved for a vehicle apparently, but also talked down to by a salesman!!!
Good luck getting a service appointment. Was on hold for 6 minutes at 10:30 this morning. Hung up, called back and the rep said "I have no one available right now, I can put you thru to voice mail". This has happened before. Apparently understaffed ... need a full time service scheduling person !
Berglund Chevrolet has the worst customer service I've encountered. Called and scheduled an appointment (or so I thought) to see a car and it was sold when/shortly after I arrive. It was nice however of the salesman to call while I was driving there to give me a heads up this was going on even though he told them I was coming they wouldn't hold it 1 hour. When I get there and wait to learn it was sold, the "manager" is brazen enough to suggest I stay because he feels he can find something else to suit me. Well there wasn't o... read more
