I brought my wife’s car in to have a few issues addressed, the main thing was to get new tires, oil change, and to have the car throughly inspected. I dropped the car off Wednesday night right before we went out of town, in hopes that it would be finished before we got back. I called for an update Friday and the service writer Ricky danced around the question and basically told me well we have some things to do yet... I found a corvette online that I was interested in and sent a email to the dealership. I got a form email back asking me if I wanted to schedule a test drive. I responded with a date and time. They sent an email asking how much of a down payment I was going to make. I was confused since that seemed to be a huge leap forward from scheduling a test drive. I called the sales rep Ryan. I left a review before and gave Berglund 5 Stars, but I have since changed my mind. To start, we over paid for our 2014 Chevy Equinox. Goes for $4,000 cheaper everywhere else, but I realize that we did not do the research we should have done in order to prevent this. We also turned away gap insurance, which shouldn’t be needed because you should pay what the car is actually worth. But again, shame on us. The service center slow, appointment at 9:30 am it is now 1:32 pm, for a oil change and tire rotation. Was told at 11:30am they were working on car and was the same thing at 1:30pm. I had the Best costumer, Berglund call me and apologized for the inconvenience. They made it right. I'll try them again.
Berglund Center is a Joke... Purchased a 2004 Red. C5 corvette 3 years ago with 21000 miles within the time period. Just offered 20k for it to re sell back to the dealership which is 6 less than what I originally paid. They counter offered 17 considering they thought it be nice to mention the tires were dry rotted, so the offer was took. Turns out the next day the had it on the lot WITH THE SAME "(Dry rotted tires)" with a polish on them � and the tag said 24k so yes my experience with them was the most god all full place to... read more
Very slow when you need service repair! Been waiting over an hour for a oil change and tire rotation and I had an appointment. Here it is a year later for another oil change and things haven’t changed. Been here for over an hour and a half and still waiting. Unbelievable! Don’t schedule appointments if you can’t do them in a timely manner!
Went there to get an inspection and they try to charge me 75 dollars for wipperblades, Didn't get them So they didn't pass me, Also they broke an solar power thing that belongs to my daughter, WORST SERVICE EVER!!
