Rude salesman Wasted time
I don't normally give reviews good or bad, and I don't like bashing companies when I receive bad service because everyone experience will be different, and I hope everyone else's experience is better than mine. I wont tell you not to go there but I will say this in hopes someone sees this and takes it as constructive criticism and not me bad mouthing. terrible customer service after buying a vehicle, i have bought 2 trucks both of which were returned within a week for problems the dealer has covered up. Have had service advisors with bad attitudes lie and get angry when you call them out. sales manager is near impossible to get in contact with. I am done with this company and would never reccomend.
Bought a used car with extended warrantee. Have had the car two and a half months. The car has been in and out of the shop repeatedly and now I’m being told it needs almost a thousand dollars worth of repairs in breaks, rotors, and tires (of course, not covered by warrantee). Don’t waste your time or money buying from them. You’ll regret it.
My car was in for repairs, I was told I would have a written warranty in hand with the bill. It is now one month later, constant calls to the Service Department leaving messages, no response. Called again today, which make 30+ calls to get paperwork. Still no answer, no attempt to contact me. Be warned you WILL NOT RECEIVE PAPERWORK!! AFTER THE BILL IS PAID YOU WILL FIND PROBLEMS!! STILL NOT ADDRESSED!!

I have purchased three vehicles from Berglund a 2014 and a 2017, we went to the dealership to look at cars today and Angela kept insisting that we come inside we told her we wanted to look at cars, we found a Tahoe that we just wanted to see the interior and Jeff looks at us like we didn’t belong on the lot, finally he goes to get the keys and comes back out with keys to a suburban and says it has the same interior. Was looking to purchase a vehicle today but you can't even navigate the used car lot to look at cars unless you get out and walk around in the pouring rain. Great plan guys! Headed to Shelor.

They will call you and tell you they will work things out, and give you exactly what you want in a trade and then low ball you to try to screw you over... my time is wasted and customer service over the phone is great... in person not so much if you don’t agree to being screwed over. Did this once with berglund, went back to give them a second chance and it was the exact same thing. We will not be back.

I brought my wife’s car in to have a few issues addressed, the main thing was to get new tires, oil change, and to have the car throughly inspected. I dropped the car off Wednesday night right before we went out of town, in hopes that it would be finished before we got back. I called for an update Friday and the service writer Ricky danced around the question and basically told me well we have some things to do yet...
