I love living here. The building is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The electric bill however, is crazy. It shot up more than double from one month to the next without any significant increased usage. Probably has more to do with pioneer energy management, but it's a big bill.

Have lived at Berkley House for 8 months now, the staff here is incredible. They are always helpful and friendly. The common areas are always clean and fully stocked. I've put in numerous maintenance requests and they are always completed within 24 hours. Would highly recommend living here!

If you ever need to train someone on customer service and professionalism , I highly recommend you spend 10 minutes at the Berkeley house with Lindsay and the crew I highly recommend stopping here first if you're ever looking for residence, I had an amazing experience and complete satisfaction and I'm so thankful that I was lucky enough to find them on my search for housing in Ohio

We have lived at Berkeley house for about seven years and had nothing but good experiences with desk staff as well as maintenance. It's a great place and there are always willing to make fresh popcorn.

I've lived here for a year. It's a great place to live but electricity is out of control. The management team takes great care of the building and the tenant's maintenance needs. There are some great employees who work here and the amenities are nice to have. Removed a star because sometimes packages and deliveries can be a hassle if it's not business hours because the drivers will not be able to access the building unless they have your code (they never read the instructions) but that's not the building's fault. After moving off campus, I was looking for a safe and clean apartment building, and Berkley House has truly exceeded my expectations. The entire staff is amazing, and the maintenance team is super quick with requests. Special shoutout to Brittany, who was incredibly helpful during the touring and lease signing process and continues to check in even after I moved in! We've been living here since October 2022, and we absolutely love it! Rent is very affordable especially coming from Philly, and you really get your moneys worth. There's so many amenities included and the staff are nothing but kind and helpful. I'm assuming maintenance is great too, but we haven't even needed to use it because this place is kept up so well! It's also very quiet in the apartment and it's a safe building. This is our favorite place we've lived so far!
