Amazing Staff The staff here is so nice and helpful! We had an issue with our AC, maintenance addressed the issue quickly, ordered the correct part they needed and fixed it within a few days. During that time, we were given stand up AC units so we could stay comfortable. Everyone that works here, from maintenance to front desk, has been kind, professional, and they always are quick to respond to any issue/questions.

Excellent Team The team here at Berkely House is nothing short of amazing. Their dedication to customers and unrivaled customer service is what's really making my stay here amazing. Any request, whether big or small, is met with a great smile and a "we can do that for you." What more can I ask for? I look forward to staying here for the rest of my tenure as I know it will continue to be an amazing expierence.

Berkley Staff Excellence Even though some of the residents here are quite messy and don't follow recycling guidelines, I am amazed how the maintenance and front office crew are always kind and patient and continue to pick up and wipe up after everyone. The 4th floor Recycling Room can get trashed - literally - and today it was spotless thanks to Gene and Andrew hauling away the refuse and wiping it down, it must have taken a long time. Great place to live Living here for 4 years now is that theres a reason for it. Love the layout, the staff is great and the amenities are great too. I wish you had an area where you had double load laundry facilities so we could clean our comforters for our bed so i wouldnt have to go there, and also wish that there was a ping pong table available. The maintenance team is outstanding.!

Not sure what you want here Kids are rough on the downstairs amenities. Staff is very good. Think the movie theater hours should go back to midnight like it was since I’ve lived here. Would be nice if they brought the Breakfast back. There should be a weekend party here so people can meet other tenants.

Would recommend. I love living at Berkley house. The residents are nice and the location is close to the grocery store, shopping, parks, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very quick with repairs and are also very professional and kind. The only thing I wish was that more effort was put into the amenities - many games have been broken in the arcade for months and machines in the gym need updated. The pool is a great amenity to have in the summer. Overall it is a great place to live.

potential has potential to be great. There is a lot of smoking on the patios and my hallway smells like week 33% of the time. Other than that the apartment is nice. The value of the size vs. the rent increase doesn't match, but if you can afford it, you wont regret it.

Enjoying The Berkley I have been living at The Berkley House just over a month now and I am very pleased with my living experience so far. The front desk staff are amazing and maintenance is very responsive and friendly. The grounds are kept clean and I feel very comfortable and secure here. The amenities are awesome and overall I just love how the building is ran~ :)

Wonderful Place to Live Everything is so wonderful at all times. Great Community, great staff, great place to live.
