My sister and I moved into Berkley House in May of 2019. This was the first apartment complex we visited in Columbus and immediately knew that we wanted to live here. During our initial visit, Mallory gave us a tour of the building. Berkley House is different than most other apartment complexes in the area in that it is set up more like a hotel. I've lived at Berkley House for 3 years now and I love it here. The property is well taken care of inside and out! The staff is friendly and very helpful. The resident events are always fun and the amenities here are amazing. The yearly pool party is an event you don't want to miss! I've looked around at other apartments and I just can't find anything that beats Berkley House. May seem a bit pricey but you pay for what you get and with all the amenities its definitely worth it! I'm a current resident at Berkley House, I live on the 4th floor in a D floor plan with a garage. Honestly I have no complaints about preferred living! My 2 years here have been great, the property is well managed, properly taken care of and the resident events and amenities really make it feel luxurious. The pool is awesome as well as the yearly pool party. The price is a bit high for the space you get, but You pay for what you get and leaving the OC to come to Berkley House was my best decisions yet. Keep up the great work... read more

I love this place! The tanning is awesome and the year round pool is my favorite - such a bonus to use grills during the fall/winter! Highly recommend!

Berkley House has been my best apartment experience in the last 5 years I have been renting! The staff is always helpful and attentive and the suites are beautiful. Not to mention, the amenities are great! I use the gym all the time in the mornings and my boyfriend loves to use the arcade. The dog park has been the biggest asset, our lab loves it! It's such an easy way for your dog to get exercise and play and you don't even have to drive anywhere! I'm so surprised to see the negative reviews. My utility bills are always so ... read more

I am a 2016 & 2017 resident of The Berkley House and I love it. The staff is the best I've experienced by far. They often engage with the residents, take care of any concerns promptly, and seem very vested in the quality of the establishment. The apartments are pretty on par, though you won't get granite here, that's not an issue for me. The closets are a bit on the smaller side, but they have great, affordable storage on site. I'm a current Berkley House resident and I will try to offer a fair review, since I've read a lot of horrible reviews of apartments lately... IN GENERAL, Berkley is a fantastic spot to live. It is in a very great location to many shops, grocery stores, food spots, and to Dublin, UA, and Hilliard. I think this is a huge advantage. I rarely drive more than 10-15 minutes to work, eat, or leisure. It's not too far from Downtown and/or campus, which is great, as well; it's just a short uber ride. Berkley House is an amazing place to live. The staff is very friendly and they always go out of their way to make sure the residents are happy!!! Maintenance does a great job with work orders and maintaining the property. This is a huge community and I'm pretty pleased with how well things have been maintained!

This has been a great apartment to live in. The staff is mature and professional, different from when the complex first opened. The space is always clean and well maintained. There is plenty of space to host friends, whether it's on the rooftop patio, the movie theater room, or in spacious lobby. The 1 bedroom apartment has a great kitchen space. If your going to live in the suburbs, this is a fantastic option because you can take a left and in 15 min your downtown.
