Home sweet home I've lived here at Berkley House for 3.5 years and I absolutely love it. It's luxury apartment living so "basic" amenities are the year round heated pool, commercial grade workout facility and a business center that are both open 24/7. Then you get the cool stuff like a private dog park, theater room, free Starbucks, free tanning, free pool tables and even a video game arcade. Hvac drip / leak issue I’m just writing because Brandon did a great job fixing the drip / leak issue in the hvac closet I noticed on Saturday. After Dj came in , Brandon said he would come by and fix the issue — he came in the time he said and fixed it. Nice guy as well. Thank, Daniel Hollander
