For someone like me who has been in many apartments, I would like to say Berkley has exceeded my expectations. (Would recommend taking a look at) Nice staff. Kind residence. Kept clean. Great management!

I've lived here at Berkley House for 3.5 years and I absolutely love it. It's luxury apartment living so "basic" amenities are the year round heated pool, commercial grade workout facility and a business center that are both open 24/7. Then you get the cool stuff like a private dog park, theater room, free Starbucks, free tanning, free pool tables and even a video game arcade. I've lived here for a couple months now and have had a wonderful experience! The front desk is always wonderful to stop by and chat with and the service is always very open and communicative. The building is kept very clean and maintenance is pain-free and responsive. All staff are friendly and great to chat with, I always like to say hello when I see someone in the halls.

I just moved into the Berkley House and it has been great!!! The amenities are fantastic and the staff is so helpful, especially Nicole!! She went above and beyond for me and I'm very happy with my choice to live here.

I have been a Berkley House resident for 2 years and have greatly enjoyed living at this property! This is one of the premier apartment complexes in Upper Arlington. When I toured the building, I instantly knew I wanted to live here. Place is clean, a lot of amenities, and staff is extremely welcoming and friendly.

Hats off to this place. Having lived here for the past two years, I can honestly say having to leave for work and taking my pups with me was equivalent to moving kids out of the home and area for comfort they have had. This place was home to me and the staff, beautiful interior, and overall wonderful neighbors I experienced, I will truly miss it. My apartment was gorgeous and I never had issues contacting management if I ever needed assistance. Miss that place everyday and am jealous of whoever is in my old home

My girlfiriend and I moved in 4 months ago, and we love it. The only negative reactions I have are how they do try everything to take as much money from you as they can manage. The fees after moving out are going to be expensive for anyone who isn't extremely neat. Other than that its an awesome place to live.

I just moved into Berkley House a few weeks ago. I love it here so far! Mallory was awesome through the whole process! Also, the maintenance crew were fast with fixing a few minor things the day I moved in. The apartment is nice, updated & the complex has great amenities. Plus, it's dog friendly!
