"Again a easy experience buying a vehicle! " This is our 2nd car from Berlin City. Nick was so helpful and patient with us as we haggled a fair price. We were in and out in 2 hours with a new used car!

"Car for our daughter " James was amazing! His customer service skills are top notch. We saw a couple of scratches on our new used vehicle and James set up a two hour appointment to buff them out. My daughter’s car looks brand ew and she couldn’t be happier!!
