"Wonderful service, Ryan addressed all my concerns!" I purchased my Kia from them this year and this was for my first oil change. I worked with Ryan, who took and addressed all my concerns and even washed it for me! I also chose to have my tires rotated at this time. "Great customer service" Last Friday night my husband and I got stranded on the interstate with a flat tire on our Kia Optima. We didn't know the car didn't come with a spare tire and jack until he opened the trunk to get them and they weren’t there. After a couple of hours and many phonecalls my car was towed to Berlin City Kia. Mike Danyow was the first person to approach us.
