RecommendedNOTHING NOTHING NOTHING. I'm pretty sure they fixed it so no one can give them a bad review. I got my transmission REPLACED a couple months ago. A few weeks later my car was making a werid noise, so I went to my mechanic he put it on the lift. Showed me there was only one bolt holding my motor in. They didn't put the bolts that were suppose to be there. and that bolt was about ready to fall out. A month or so later. my car is leaking transmission fluid. My car is making a winding noise. Nothing! They did work and “forgot” MULTIPLE things one being a safe transmission! They have taken my car back multiple times within two weeks and continue to apologize for “forgetting” but it’s one problem after the next.
Remember to add about $1500 to every purchase so they can give you a snow brush.... ridiculous
Because of your business practices. I was ready to purchase a vehicle when I was told that I needed to purchase $2,000 worth of “accessories” I did not need or want. I was informed that it was required and not negotiable. No where are these hidden fees disclosed in your advertisements. In fact, only the dealer prep fee is disclosed.
I bought a used car on 7/7/2020. The 2013 Nissan Rogue I bought from Berlin City Honda in South Portland from Jamie Doucette. I noticed the engine making a sizzling noise during hotter days. On July 23rd I took the car down the street from my home and onto the HIGHWAY where the ENGINE SEIZED out and the car wouldn't drive and JILTED both I and my sister who was in the passenger seat next to me forward. They used bait and switch techniques several different ways. They were 100% unwilling to honor the advertised price. They wanted an extra $1000 for not using their lenders, an extra $1500 for nitrogen filled tires (They were not nitrogen filled) and jumper cables or a dash cam (I was looking at a tesla, it has a dash cam and does not need jumper cables.)
