Bought mu Pathfinder from Marc Motors. the transmission went so instead of driving up to Sanford I was able to go to Berlin City for them to replace it under warranty. Took then 2 days to get me a loaner but finally did. Got my car back within a few weeks I heard some clunking under my feet didn't think anything of it since I don't know much about cars. I have never experienced a more insulting offer buying a car ever. $3k over sticker price!!??!! Then some add on items I didn’t want or need. I have been a loyal Nissan buyer at another dealership for a long time. I see now why this one has many cars on their lot. First time I have ever walked out.
Terrible experience with horrible customer service in the service department. On August 28th at 10am, the service advisor on duty told me it will cost over $220 for an oil change, tire rotation and bulb replacements for turn signals (I had already bought and paid for the bulbs). I am not one to write reviews but I would like to inform people to shop around! I was very interested in the new 2022 Nissan Pathfinders. I went in to talk to a salesman, test drove it, was ready to sign paperwork. UNTIL they wanted to charge me $2,000 dollars additional on to the MSRP. Why? I was so confused. Literally the worst experience. They sold a working family a junk car. They completely washed their hands of it after they sold it to us. They told us to call Berlin Jeep from here on out. They don’t want to deal with anything. Wouldn’t give me a rental after less then 5 months with the car. My daughter and I have broke down in it multiple times. They do not care. I bought a 2012 Nissan Murano on 2/22/2020 from this location. Here is a list of everything that was wrong with the vehicle before I drove it off the lot. The tailgate button and gas tank button under the dash were wired wrong. Bald tires that would NEVER pass a Maine Instruction for a sticker. The spedometer read five mph faster then the actual speed. After waiting 3weeks for a scheduled appointment for an oil change, state inspection, they told me I need a blinker light to pass inspection. None of my lights were out before I went.. I told them I would go to Wal-Mart, I would buy one and install it myself then I would come back with the light working, show them and they could give me my inspection sticker. Bought certified used in May with 47k miles. 5,000 miles or so later took to another dealer for it's first check up. Needed tries, windshield wipers and the outer CV boot had a hole in it that needed to be replaced (thankfully this was under warranty). Never again. I'm happy I only had to pay for the tires, but I'm never setting foot on a Berlin City lot again.
