First, the vehicle I was interested in jumped in price overnight (Sunday to Monday) by $3k. When i asked , the salesman said that it was a mistake and was actually the higher listed price. When i asked for the Sales Manager/Supervisor, the salesman would only point out across the room, he didn’t bother to introduce us. My car was part the airbag recall so Nissan took my car back in October to keep on the lot while they waited for parts and returned it this week broken. It seems that in the time it sat in their lot somehow part of my exhaust system broke off and they were unwilling to take any responsibility for it. I will never buy another Nissan and cannot wait until I'm out of this car. Nissan has by far the worst customer service I have ever come in contact with. Thanks for nothing Nissan
While dealing with the sub-zero temperatures this weekend, the fan motor that controls the heat and air movement inside my 2017 Nissan Rogue stopped working. I called 4 Nissan service departments in Southern Maine on Saturday. One did not have any weekend service hours at all, one did but told me it would be another week before they could even look at the vehicle, and one closed 30 minutes before their posted time. I love my car and the sales person we had. The finance guy wouldn't listen to me and wanted to argue with me about extended warranties. I almost walked out. I'll buy another Nissan, but never from this dealership if that guy is still there.
