After waiting 3weeks for a scheduled appointment for an oil change, state inspection, they told me I need a blinker light to pass inspection. None of my lights were out before I went.. I told them I would go to Wal-Mart, I would buy one and install it myself then I would come back with the light working, show them and they could give me my inspection sticker. Bought certified used in May with 47k miles. 5,000 miles or so later took to another dealer for it's first check up. Needed tries, windshield wipers and the outer CV boot had a hole in it that needed to be replaced (thankfully this was under warranty). Never again. I'm happy I only had to pay for the tires, but I'm never setting foot on a Berlin City lot again.

I had Berlin City replace my tires and do a state inspection. They said I needed new rotors and brake pads to pass inspection and quoted me over $700. When I brought the car to my brother to change them he said they show almost no signs of wear... he didn’t change them and another place passed my Rogue “with flying colors”. Beware. 🧐

I bought my first vehicle from Berlin City roughly 3 years ago, 2013 Nissan Sentra. A year later I had transmission issues. I called the Nissan “headquarters” if you will, to see if this would be covered by any warranty. I went 3 weeks without my car to get a call back saying there was nothing they can do. After researching a mechanic who could fix my transmission for a reasonable price I called Berlin City, who had my car over the 3 weeks I had been waiting, to inform them I would be taking my car to get fixed through a fam... read more
I just drove 2 hours for an inspection that they didn't do because all of a sudden I have a nail in my tire. Never in my life have I ever felt so scammed. My car had no problems before it was in your service center.
Nonsense staff and service. Called twice, and got an accurate quote that was the same as the Nissan dealer I usually go too. I arrived and all of a sudden one of the services is triple the price of what all of the 3 should've cost?! I even aaked them to make sure, as I have receipts and accurate quotes. With rude responses, and no true customer service to explain and or rectify I decided to leave. On my drive home I scheduled my service with another Nissan dealership.
