The speed of answering my questions was terrific and the flexability of the staff was great as we were in the middle of having a baby during the time we bought the truck. Eventually we found a ride that fit my preference and my budget and shortly after I was driving my new (used) car. The dealership even had a BBQ that day I picked it up, so I was able to grab a bite to eat while I waited and meet more of the staff. I had a great experience and have/ will refer Toyota to the people I know. Thank you.

"Mr Hayes was a great sales person he went out of his way..." Mr Hayes was a great sales person he went out of his way to help us. We were having cell plone issues and he continued to follow up by comp and land line contact. My husband and I are also very early risers and he answered his cell one morning while he was shaving countinued to be helpful and polite you don't see many people these days willing to help out anyone on their own time as he did not a grumble just the sound of running water to say. As well, he went out of his way to make the purchasing process easy for me. (Key, since I had a tne 6 week old child!)
