"Attentive service" Jon was a great salesperson. I had a 2004 Prius that I was thinking about trading in for a newer one. He listened to what I wanted in a car. He took his time with me. I didn't feel rushed. He was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions about the Prius. He took time to show me the features that are on the 2017 model. I would definitely recommend Berlin City and Jon to my friends.
"Perfect Sale" My salesman Peter Gordon was great!! He told me about the car I wanted to purchase and it was everything he said it was. He had it driven to me (over 100 miles) for me to look at and if I didn't want it there was no charge. They ended up leaving it here as it was exactly what I wanted, so I bought it. he followed up with the paperwork for me to register it and the rest is history. I would recommend Berlin City Toyota to anyone if you looking for a hassle free experience!! Dave W.
