"Been coming here for almost a decade, won't go anywhere else" Not only did I get a great deal on a new-to-us car for my wife here years ago, they have taken amazing care of it. We use their great $130 for three oil change / tire rotates plan and save a ton of money. To top it off, the warranty they recommended really came in handy when the navigation died in the car; it saved us a $1700 repair. This is what a dealership should be like.
"Vehicle serviced well but unhappy with wait time" I would normally provide 4 stars, but I was unhappy with the wait time. It took 1.5 hours for oil change/tire rotation; normally complete under 1 hour (I always wait rather than leave my car). Harold is great to work with, no complaints with his customer service. "Great assistance" The service coordinator met me and introduced himself, before I could bring the car into the garage, explained what needed to be done and came to inform me when it was ready. An initial test had shown that a new battery was needed, but he rechecked that work and found that it was just a loose connection and no battery needed.
