"my visit" told me how long the work would take and kept me informed of the progress .The service workers with their updates made the visit both pleasant and relaxing. The most important part the work took almost exactly how long they predicted.
"Professional, efficient, friendly" Routine maintenance- from the moment I arrived to the end of the visit, everything ran efficiently and smoothly. They even took me earlier than my scheduled appointment. Very appreciative.

"Service Review" Atmosphere was friendly and inviting as were the employees in that department. I was expecting to sit for an hour while I waited for the 5,000 mile check-up to be completed and it took less than 30 minutes.
