"They exceeded expectations!!" We brought our 2016 Toyota Highlander in for repair of the manual drivers seat which was stuck in one position so only my wife could drive. They fixed it quickly. In addition, they noticed that the car was due for state inspection and they performed the inspection for free. They also performed the routine maintenance we had previously scheduled for the next month, saving us a trip to the dealer the next month.
