The Braintree store went above and beyond. Art, the store manager and Scott, the salesman, helped me when my sectional got delivered with the wrong fabric. Mistakes happen in life and these two gentlemen were so helpful, understanding and their ultimate goal was to keep me as a satisfied customer. And I was and I will always be a Bernie and Phyls customer!! Thank you!!!
My salesman Chris B at the Nashua store is very personable. He was very helpful showing me the different sunbrella fabrics available for the piece I bought and also giving me suggestions on which pillow would look good with my chosen fabric. It was a very pleasant transaction buying the furniture and I will definitely come back again.
