I called B&P to ask about a particular piece of furniture we had liked at another store. Chris Courtney researched which couches were similar and called back with the information. We went to the store the next day, had a great experience with Chris! He was helpful, informative, and pleasant. We also bought a mattress and CJ was incredibly helpful and nice also. Second time we've made larger purchases from B&P's and will do so in the future!
