I love Bernie and Phyls. I had a really good salesman name Phil at the Braintree, MA location. He greeted us and allowed us enough space to look around without pressure. He was very helpful and right there when we needed to ask him questions. We ended up buying a sofa. Thanks Phil!!!!
I bought a sterns and foster mattress. The salesman showed me my options based on what I told him what I was looking for. Excellent customer service. I bought it on a Saturday and it was delivered on Monday. Can’t beat that! Thank you Bernie and Phyl. Quality comfort and price
