We enjoyed working with Kathy at the Natick store. Not only she is knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. We met her at first at the end of July when we were looking for a mattress. She was. Ery informative but we were not trendy to make a decision then. We went back six weeks later for a refresher and luckily she was there again. She spend a great deal of time with us because we has difficulty deciding. She was very patient with us and not once did she pressure us one way or another.
