I can't say enough good about Bernie & Phyl's. We bought a bedroom set and mattress from the Nashua store. Our dresser had a small broken piece of wood and was replaced without any questions asked,without anyone being sent to our house to look at it; they just replaced the whole thing. Then the mattress caused me enough pain to have to go to a chiropractor. Bernie & Phyl's took the mattress back from only a phone call from me. The sales person, Rebecca, was phenomenal. She listened to us and offered great advice. The quality of the furniture was excellent .
Rich was an amazing salesman. No pressure but knew how to help when I got stuck. I was looking for an ottoman..among other things....and he said I know exactly what you want and took me straight to it. It was perfect! He also helped me get a credit increase so I could decorate my new home. Thanks Rich!!!
I love this store. I have been eyeing a table there for the last few weeks and finally decided to buy it. My salesperson was friendly and efficient. The whole process took 5 minutes. And the best part? For the same price (or less) as similar tables on-line, I dont have to put it together!!

We absolutely love the decor and accessories at Bernie and Phyl’s. We’ve found some wonderful pieces that have really taken our home to the next level and the staff has been outstanding during each shopping experience.
Outstanding inventory with sales associates knowing products
Dianna's help was just that. We knew we wanted couches /seating and never felt pressure of any kind. She knows her stock COLD. And backed off after a brief walk-thru to let us try our butts in a bout a hundred pieces! When it was time to pull the trigger, she was there with an informative and polished closing... Again, zero pressure. Very accommodating. Thanks Dianne!
Sales staff (Kevin) was knowledgeable, friendly, and offered a zero pressure shopping experience. Did have a small blunder, my furniture arrived the wrong color. The team corrected the issue quickly and professionally. The delivery staff was friendly, courteous and quick.
