We were shopping for a mattress. The sleep consultant, Phillip, was extremely helpful, patient and attentive as we tried numerous products and he took into consideration our feedback. He helped us to determine which mattress would suit us best and we look forward to its delivery this weekend.
The person that took care of us was awesome. Attentive but not over bearing and respectful. Patient and sincere about helping us with matching colors to match up curtains and a rug.. Even sent picture of a swatch for couch color.. really nice lady..(Natick Store)
