I entered Bernie & Phyl’s needing a mattress but not having an idea what type I needed, etc. Philip in the mattress department went above and beyond to provide me with as much knowledge as possible while providing top-level customer service. He let me try out as many mattresses as I wanted, brought me a pillow for the full experience, and was incredibly patient. What a professional! Five star review , my sales person was great. Upon arrival he greeted my wife and I and explained he was there to assist/answer any questions . He was not pushy and knowledgeable about the product. Very helpful and we purchased a new mattress with in 20 mins. Thank You George
