Viewed mattress online, stopped into the store to ‘try out’ in person, salesperson was extremely helpful! I had delivered to the store & picked up in person. Pick up was quick, convenient & again the guy was so extremely helpful! Highly recommend!
I came in to look for a living room set. I appreciated the contact by Phil when I arrived but without the pressure of following me around. He was able to answer all my questions and assisted me and making a slight change to the floor model. Now I'm just waiting for its arrival to enjoy.
The sale representative welcome me well and have a very good advice and opinion regarding the furniture that I choose. I will be glad to have her as a sale representative anytime I return to buy more furniture. Thanks
I’ve shopped at Bernie& Phyls several times before and never have any trouble finding things I like. Selection is great and sales people are never pushy. This was my first time at the Newington location and we had another great experience. First bought living room set then went onto bedding. The bedding dept was busy at the time I went and rather than make me wait, the store manager actually came down to assist me. That says it all.

I went the other day to Bernie and Phyl’s to look at trundle beds. The sale rep that helped me and my friend was very polite and helpful. His name was Josh. Not only did he help me, but, he helped my friend , who purchased a beautiful recliner. I give the store store and Josh 2 thumbs up. I definitely will return for more purchases. Thank you, Josh. You were a pleasure.
