The sales people are just fantastic. I needed help with selecting fabric for 2 sofa pillows and wasn't sure what I wanted. The salesman and his trainee were very patient and helpful..In fact the trainee picked out the fabric for the pillows. I always find what I want at Bernie and Phyl's.

All staff, from greeters at the door to sales staff, were very friendly and helpful. Phil Cure gave excellent assistance and was easily visible whenever we needed him. Refreshments at the door are a plus. An overall enjoyable experience. In-stock portion of order to be delivered in a few days, balance in 2-4 weeks. Pretty good!
Salesperson was not pushy, just extremely helpful. My couch was ordered yesterday, and I'm waiting for delivery this morning! Great experience.
