I purchased a power rocker recliner based on a floor model that was also on the Bernie & Phyl's website. So I walked in ordered it paid for it at the same time and it was ordered and it came in in the time frame my salesman mentioned. At the same time I looked at other recliners and put a deposit on another I like but I let the salesman know that I may change to another. Quick and easy buying process after finding just what we needed. We also appreciated the interest free year to pay.
The sales associate, Deborah Ann, was exceptional. She greeted me and inquired what I was looking for immediately. She listened intently and responded to my needs within two selections, she located exactly what I needed. Her artistic flair aided me in the selection of color for my sectional and coordinated pillows. I am looking forward to my new purchase to replace my twenty year old sectional!
