I purchased a power rocker recliner based on a floor model that was also on the Bernie & Phyl's website. So I walked in ordered it paid for it at the same time and it was ordered and it came in in the time frame my salesman mentioned. At the same time I looked at other recliners and put a deposit on another I like but I let the salesman know that I may change to another. The sales associate, Deborah Ann, was exceptional. She greeted me and inquired what I was looking for immediately. She listened intently and responded to my needs within two selections, she located exactly what I needed. Her artistic flair aided me in the selection of color for my sectional and coordinated pillows. I am looking forward to my new purchase to replace my twenty year old sectional!
