This was a total positive customer experience when I dealt with Bernie and Phyl’s From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted I felt it was going to be a good experience. When I got to my destination in bedding I was greeted by a person by the name of Craig. Craig was knowledgeable and fair in all respects. He guided me through the different options that were available .Basically the entire experience was positive and I felt as though I’ve made a good purchase.
Their service was great, needed to move up the delivery date early. They were very helpful.
