Stopped at Newington, NH store 2 weeks ago to browse for living room furniture. We were helped by a young man named Justin. We were very impressed with his knowledge and very friendly demeanor. We went to a couple of other furniture stores, but were underwhelmed, We went back to B&P's. on Saturday and were greeted by Sharyn. She was great. We purchased a couch and chair and are looking forwarding to having it delivered. You have two great employees in Justin and Sharyn! Mike and Kelly Raiche

Purchasing experience was outstanding, very knowledgeable sale representatives. We could not have been more pleased with our selections. Excellent customer service and delivery
Excellent. Our salesperson, Denise Manning was perfect for our needs. We strongly recommend Bernie & Phyl's and Denise as well.
We needed our sleeper within a couple of days and they delivered. We were in and out quickly as we were in a hurry. Our delivery guys set up in minutes. Thank you Sooooo much.
Mike, our salesperson was very helpful directing us to the area that we were looking for. He was very respectful by giving us our “space” to shop. Once we decided what we wanted, he was great at answering our questions and processing our order. It was nice to have a pleasant salesperson that didn’t hound us. My husband usually leaves the store when that happens.
