I’ve never had them install flooring in my house but I just posted a picture of one of their drivers texting while driving on their website.
Purchased carpet for three (3) bedrooms, they came out and measured the carpet for all three rooms. The sales person and purchase experience was fine. The installation was not, first they measured or installed the carpet incorrectly in the one bedroom. (They did not have enough carpet to complete the closet). Luckily the were able to match the die pattern of the carpet already installed. Second the seams could been seen in both bedrooms between the rooms and closets. The owner is extremely nice and great to work with, but did not have a good experience with the sales guy. He would always talk down to me and was not very friendly.
