Quality is not expensive it's priceless, there is never a question everyone from the amazing sales staff, knowledgeable installers, and every client of every budget is treated like royalty.

2 weeks ago I was shocked when Empire didn't show up as scheduled to put in the floor of my recently widowed mother's house. I was really upset. I called Beseda, explained the situation and they sent out David Boston to give her a quote. He was there within an hour of calling.
