Great company, very helpful, had all the answers to my questions and handled the 'issues' I had with my flooring perfectly. Very nice staff and the crew that did the install did a wonderful job. They took care of the problems I had with my previous floor and my new flooring is just beautiful and exactly what I wanted.
This is our 2nd time using Beseda. Our salesperson, Claire, was very professional and helpful in recommending ideas for flooring. The installers, Walter and Rolando, were excellent.
Liba at Beseda was great. She helped us pick out a carpet that is perfect for our home quickly, arranged a quick install, and followed up with any questions. Great experience. Only recommendation I have is that the carpet installers put on shoe covers when walking on the new carpet.
I was referred to Beseda from my old real estate agent. I could not be more pleased with the service I received! Brad was my sales rep and he helped me every step of the way. He found the perfect flooring for me and it perfectly fit my budget. He was even able to add a small project to get the fireplace re-tiled (80s be gone!!) and Ray, the tile installer, did a fabulous job. My home looks absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier!
Our home was on the market for 35 days and our realtor suggested we recarpet our entire house. We received a bid in 2 days which was very affordable and Brians team of installers were there the next day. They worked hard and all of them were the nicest men. They worked around the fact that we had a bedroom to paint and after all the carpet was installed they cleaned and vacuumed and made sure the house looked good. Beseda flooring is amazing! Brian (owner) is such a honest,nice, trustworthy person. We bought a house and he did my beautiful flooring upstairs and in the basement they completed at the time frame he told me it would be done. Not only is the flooring beautiful he also did extras that he didn't have too like leave a trailer to put all our old flooring since we removed it ourselves and more!
