Came into the showroom to see about getting rid of my carpet and install laminate flooring. Had a color picked out and Cory showed me one other color and I knew that was the one. He came out and measured and pricing was well within what I budgeted. Ordered and scheduled install in three weeks. The date scheduled was 11/22 the Monday before thanksgiving. Beseda completed an install of flooring for my lower level as part of a major renovation that involved a carpenter that experienced many delays. Beseda was kind enough to work with those delays and rescheduled with zero complaints. When they finally were able to install, they made the wait worth it and were the best part of the entire experience. I've done business with Beseda on 3 occasions now. We just had new flooring installed last week. They are amazing to work with!! Our installers Ray & Tyler did an amazing job and are extremely professional!! We highly recommend them and would work with them again!
I absolutely recommend Beseda Flooring! What a wonderful experience. Brad ROCKS! He is such a nice guy. No pressure sales. Answered all of my questions. He knew the brands very well. I purchased a lot of Coretec Pro HD vinyl plank. We could not be more thrilled with how our floor turned out. It was a DIY. (Not as easy as Youtube makes it out to be, for sure!!) Absolutely love Beseda! Brian,Jill and Brad were so wonderful to us throughout an emergency kitchen remodel during the Covid shut down. They were so helpful and patient because we were doing the work ourselves. They listened and found a solution to our budget and time constraints. Our tile is gorgeous and they were able to get it to us fast. A huge thank you to Beseda!
