As soon as I submitted our information to Best Day Ever at the start of our Disney planning process we were contacted by Swayze. She was amazing every step of the way! She really took so much stress out of planning an awesome family vacation and I would absolutely love to have her help again next time we go to Disney!

We decided to take our family of 6 on a cruise for our 25th Wedding Anniversary, but we weren't sure where to start. I was trying to plan a cruise for my family of 4 and was getting lost in the options. I watched a random review video that mentioned they use “Best Day Ever” for vacation plannin,g and I sent an email just to see what kind of information I could get. April Hawkins made things way less stressful, helped us pick dates, a  cabin, get insurance (my kids are notorious for waking up with a fever the day of a vacation), and even got an onboard credit for us! Ashley Bandt was incredibly helpful. She saved us a lot of time in planning our trip by providing all the information we needed. She answered our questions and gave us tips that turned out to be very useful. Everything was handled with great kindness and full availability. I would definitely recommend her 100%!

Tara was our agent at Best Day Ever Vacations! Tara helped plan a RC cruise for my granddaughter and I . She was extremely helpful… followed up the week before we left to see if we had questions. My granddaughter is looking forward to our next cruise… maybe next year!!

We had essentially given up on travel agents and reverted to doing everything by ourselves because of the lack of assistance received. Kathryn Caruso from Best Dav Ever Vacations changed all of that for us. She was so responsive in assisting us with a large group planning for a cruise. I honestly don't know how we would have planned our Disney vacation without Lexey. As first timers, we really were not aware of all the details that went into planning a trip to Disney. Lexey helped us book an amazing hotel room, our dinner reservations, and set up lighting lanes for us. She was very responsive to our many (many) questions. We couldn't have done it without her!

Adrienne Conley is my go-to agent now. I planned to take my 9 year old granddaughter to Disneyland for her first time and Adrienne was very helpful with all the arrangements. She had good suggestions for a young girls first trip to Disney and worked diligently to make this trip fun for us both.
