I strongly suggest that for your benefit that you don’t hire them. They damaged our furniture and scratched several walls in our house. Worst of all, they tried to overcharge us by using a crafty well thought-out plan of having me give them our payment info before they started and when the job was finished they grossly overcharged our credit card without our consent. Jeff and his entire team were on spot with pricing.. I was charged less than what I was quoted because the crew finished under the estimated 3 hours . I was only charged for the time they worked 2 hours 15 minutes.

CANCELLED AND STOLE MY DEPOSIT Do not waste your time here. This is the worst service experience I have ever received. I have moved a few times and have a lot of experience working with moving services and this has been by far the worst. I scheduled the move 2 weeks in advance and paid a deposit. I was scheduled to have 3 movers and they called me the day of to let me know it would only be 2 movers instead. I spoke with Jeremy and he has NO regard for anyone else’s time and money. WARNING - DO NOT USE BEST DEAL MOVERS AND STORAGE My move was May 31, 2024 WARNING - Do not expect any customer service from this company after the move. Two of the movers they sent were untrained and unable to perform and then they charged me over $1600 more than quoted. Original quote was for $3235. Over charge of 50%! I had somewhat of a complicated move starting with packing and storage while my daughter and I found a more permanent property which we did in 2 months. When we were ready to move to the new residence, I had my storage items moved a week earlier from the move from my daughters. Unfortunately, some very dear items of mine didn't make it, and are evidently nowhere to be found. This company is the worst company you could ever hire to move your items you cherish. My entire ordeal with them has been a nightmare that I'm ready to wake up from. Their operations manager William Bullard is a liar and he's so unprofessional. They will tell you whatever you need to hear to earn your business but they don't value their employees or your items. PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE, don’t hire them for your move. They damaged my furniture and tried to cover it up. The movers were very disrespectful and unprofessional. I thought I hired professional movers and I get guys who look like they just woke up. They forced me to pay insurance. I was later informed that they are self-insured and the payment was to insure them. The office is very rude especially that stupid admin lady Jackie. I worked for this place so I know the ends and out about them. One the owner (Aaron Becker) is money hungry and will drive the price up if he thinks you have money. Went through three price changes in the four months I’ve been with the company. Basically this guy wants you to give your soul to his company. The movers are not professional as they say, it’s just random guys off the street. One of the guys he hired actually had a warrant for his arrest for robbery and he was a driver for the company.
