Beware of scheduling! My feedback is based solely on scheduling. They cancelled my move date for weather but then insist on charging me anyway.

Would not use again Seemed great up front but when the job started it was painful to watch then slow down and run up the clock on us. Don't bother calling them and asking why the quote they gave was so far off. They just want their money so they can go on to the next job. Poor customer service and would never recommend them to a friend.

Good Movers James, Antwon, Johnathan, & Josh did a good job. Our move went as smooth as a move could go. Apparently, though, we grossly underestimated what we had to move. They had to bring in another small truck to complete our move, and the final cost was almost double what they estimated. That was not a good surprise. There was nothing we could do, though. We're not the moving experts, so I wish there was a way to fix the estimating process.

Forget it Charged me twice the quote and backed their truck into my car. Refused to do anything about it. Forget this company. Also, this weekend we were looking for an end table and found it in the unfinished part of the basement with one leg broken off. It was hidden behind an artificial Christmas tree. I'm telling you, steer clear of this company.

Not so Happy!! I was not very pleased with this moving company. We reserved them for 6 hours and it took them 6 hours just to load the truck and they didn't get everything out of our storage unit. My husband had to help them finish unloading the truck at 10:30pm when they still were not finish unloading at our new home. We had to go back the next day and get our 2 heaviest pieces which we paid them to move and they did not complete. Three hours late and multiple errors We recently had a very small move just a few miles from one point to the other. Estimates are not done visually, so it is hard for them to be accurate. Our drivers were 3 hours late, totally forgot to bring our wardrobe packs and actually left 2 cartons behind at the old place. Movers were very nice and efficient, except as noted. Seems as if you get what you pay for.

Worst experince with a company ever As I was shopping around for quotes, I came to the realization that this company is basically "Two Men and A Truck" but in blue. But Two Men are actually nice. Best Deal Movers were very rude on the phone and belittled my intelligence. Never will I used this company. NEVER!!!

Best movers?? More like Best scammers!! I was quoted $315.00 in the end it was over $600.00 renigged down to $535.00 But, Chris damaged my Sofa. After the attempted repair by the mystery Seamstress the Sofa's Condition was UNSATISFACTORY. I complained and then I was to blame according to Chris the mover and Chris yelled and screamed at ME & my family including my 79 year old mother in law and then left 2 boxes and his gloves ect.. on the driveway. THANKS FOR NOTHING BUYER BEWARE!!

i can recommend them they know what they are doing... they are not going to break anything... they used a lot of padding when packing the truck... they were clean cut guys..
