Huge Mistake Hiring Best Deal Movers We hired this company to move into our new home. Their moving truck ruined our brand new driveway, the movers left marks all over the walls, scratches on the hardwood floors, a huge cut in the hardwood stairs and ruined our dining room table. Lots of Misinformation I had several conversations with this company well in advance of my move, and asked very specific questions. I was told that I did not need to purchase wardrobe boxes, and that all my hanging clothes could be wrapped in plastic and put on the truck. I was also told that it was standard procedure for them to wrap all artwork in moving blankets, and that there was no need for me to box my artwork. OVERPRICED! upon inquiring about another move quote I am blown away at the amount quoted so different than my move from March 2013! I paid only $345 before for 3 hours and more stuff. I'm moving tens mins down the road and downsizing again for two hours $850 is crazy. The quoted price was a 150% increase in price. Very surprised for a returning customer! Wasted my time today, spoke with Diane.

Worst Move Ever!!! Moving 1 bedroom plus den Atl apt to home In Fayetteville. Explained to company although it sounded small took a 26 ft truck to move us in. Moving day came and they sent a 14 ft truck!!! Needless to say it required 2 trips. Move started at 10AM and ended at 9PM. Cost was $1400. Est was $875. terrible deal I thought that I had booked these guys 2 months ago, I had printed estimates, inventory lists, stated date of move,and when I called to confirm, they told me that all of this was of no use, the date I had thought was mine was now booked, and that their very expensive storage (450.00) for 3days was "listed with the state" and they could not work with the now 5-6 days that this was going to cost me. Beware of scheduling! My feedback is based solely on scheduling. They cancelled my move date for weather but then insist on charging me anyway.

Would not use again Seemed great up front but when the job started it was painful to watch then slow down and run up the clock on us. Don't bother calling them and asking why the quote they gave was so far off. They just want their money so they can go on to the next job. Poor customer service and would never recommend them to a friend.

Good Movers James, Antwon, Johnathan, & Josh did a good job. Our move went as smooth as a move could go. Apparently, though, we grossly underestimated what we had to move. They had to bring in another small truck to complete our move, and the final cost was almost double what they estimated. That was not a good surprise. There was nothing we could do, though. We're not the moving experts, so I wish there was a way to fix the estimating process.
