Worst company ever Swearing in front of my children, two guys almost got into a fist fight, my house was left in shambles and all the owner cared about was getting paid. These guys were disgusting with major attitudes and definitely do not know how to "professionally" move your stuff. They take more smoke breaks and are on their phones so much it will add to the time you pay them. Run in the other direction when thinking about using this company. I hope this will help deter others from using them. Awful experience.

Great workers, poor estimate I hired Best Deal to move my 4 BR home plus the contents of a storage unit. The estimator came to my home to generate the most accurate estimate possible. He recommended 3 men and one truck for 6 hours and priced the job accordingly. I asked if he was sure one truck would be enough and he assured me that it would. Would NOT use again Office staff was great, price was good, and showed up right on time. However 2/3 of the staff had an attitude. I addition all furniture was thrown around, screws lost, and some items not packed. I asked about taking a break and had offered to buy them Subway for lunch. They declined both, but found the truck pulled over in route. They had just takes a break without notice leaving me sitting at the new house waiting. By Far The Worse Movers!!!! The worse movers we have every used... Two of the three men just walk around and the other one did most of the work. At the end the price was $400.00 more, and the Sheriff was called. So sad!!!!!!!

Overbilled and Overcharged If you want to pay 5 men $300 an hour to smoke cigarettes and check their smart phones all day then this is the moving company you should hire. The original proposal was for 200+ items to take 9.5 hours. I rented a box truck and moved 130 of those items myself in 8 trips in 9 hours... They came for the last 60 items and it took them 9 hours... 6 Hours Late I was so disappointed with this move. I have used this company before on the recommendation from several friends and they were fantastic. However, this time was awful. Their estimated arrival time was supposed to be between 8:30-9:30 and they did not arrive until 3pm. I called Best Deal Movers around 9:45 and asked for a status update. Not the Best They were prompt, trustworthy, and courteous but had several issues moving out of the home we sold. Our belongings were stored with Best Deal Movers for six months. When we closed on our new home, they promised the final segment of the move would go smoothly. The moving crew was great. Worked in a very timely, efficient manner which is important when you are paying hourly. My final problem was they totally lost a large custom framed piece of artwork I had had for 25 years. Incompetence at it Best! Best Deal Incompetence. We hired Best Deal to pack and move us 40 miles at the end of September. We have moved across the country 3 times. This is by far the worst. The packers did not pack all the items, we had to finish for them after they left. On moving day, they were not able to load all of the property on to the trucks, they had to come back the next day with pick up trucks. BUYER BEWARE I strongly suggest you read all Facebook and online reviews of this company before considering them for your move. After paying a deposit, taking off work, scheduling all other aspects of our moving day AND waiting for two hours at our storage unit all the while getting the run around, Best Deal Movers LLC canceled!!! They said 'all their help quit today'. Shame on them for awful business practices and screwing up our entire move!
