Wonderful customer service! Was greeted immediately by Chace Y. who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I came in looking for a mattress for my elderly and disabled mother and he helped me find the perfect one within my budget. She loves her new bed. I would highly recommend Best Mattress! Today we went to this store to buy a mattress for our guest room. We researched first on the internet (of course!) and went here because of the great reviews. We met the manager, Lisa. She is AWESOME! There is a reason for using caps and "shouting" because her customer service is over and above! We got an incredible deal, made our purchase and we feel very good about our purchase. This is the most fun we ever had in a mattress store! Makes me want to be a kid again jumping from one to the next :) on the more serious side...great prices, selection was perfect, $5 bucks for delivery and owner was funny & helpfull! I will shop here from now on.

Came in and was automatically greeted by Bryant with a warming smile. Always good to see after a long day of work. I gave him all the requirements I was looking for with price, bed type, and etc. He was so helpful and we worked out a deal I was comfortable with. Amazing customer service!

My boyfriend and I were getting ready to move and the day before we realized one of the major things we had forgotten about in all the chaos was to get a new mattress. (We had my old one as a back up but it was REALLY old) So anyway, I called up Best Mattress the night before our moving day and spoke to Josh. Went in pretty much knowing what we wanted because of a previous purchase 2 years ago. Josh helped us and helped explain the difference between the models we were looking at. We ended up adding into our order a frame, headboard and cover. Although adding stuff ended up bringing our limit higher than we anticipated we had a great experience thanks to Josh's friendly service.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a new mattress as I've had mine for quite a few years and this is the first place we looked and it was a great experience. Josh (GM) was very helpful, he didn't push us into anything and didn't show us the most expensive thing and try to push that on us. Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the different mattresses I was looking at. I've had this bed for over a month now and I've never slept better!!
