My boyfriend and I were getting ready to move and the day before we realized one of the major things we had forgotten about in all the chaos was to get a new mattress. Went in pretty much knowing what we wanted because of a previous purchase 2 years ago. Josh helped us and helped explain the difference between the models we were looking at. We ended up adding into our order a frame, headboard and cover. Although adding stuff ended up bringing our limit higher than we anticipated we had a great experience thanks to Josh's friendly service.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a new mattress as I've had mine for quite a few years and this is the first place we looked and it was a great experience. Josh (GM) was very helpful, he didn't push us into anything and didn't show us the most expensive thing and try to push that on us. Our mattress buying experience at Best Mattress was fantastic. We had been to a Mattress Firm store first just to get an idea of styles and pricing as we had not shopped for a mattress in many years. The store manager at Best Mattress, Josh Charlson was great. He wasn't pushy, he balanced several customers at once, gave us all the information we needed and best of all- a great price. I just moved to town and my box springs was damaged during the move. After research I found them to be the best deal with quick delivery. Josh was friendly and professional. He listened to my drama story, quickly found a replacement with delivery. I was able to stay focused on settling in and leave the box springs repair to Best Mattress.

Josh, our salesman, made the experience as stress-free as possible. He was knowledgable and funny. Mattress was delivered for free, and the delivery process went great! We've only slept on the bed one night, so I can't comment on the bed itself. I will say that the company policy of allowing you to try to bed for 120 days with free exchange helped me feel comfortable with my purchase; knowing that if it's not comfortable or doesn't suit our needs we can exchange with no restocking fee. All I can say is that I share and echo the sentiments and comments listed by everyone on yelp about this Best Mattress location. Josh, the store manager is awesome and Troy is great as well. Went in to buy a mattress for my parents and immediately was greeted warmly by Josh. Instead of telling them what mattress my parents should buy, Josh clearly and carefully asked them what their needs were for a new mattress and asked them to try several of the mattresses in the store.
