My knowledge of mattresses are a -1 on a 0 to 10 scale. Fortunately for me, Melissa & Joshua were there to provide expert service with a friendly smile! They took the time to explain the different aspects of mattress materials, construction and price points to make my purchasing decision a confident one. My boyfriend and I came into the store, (with my parents tagging along), to purchase a king size bed this weekend. Joshua put up with our antics playing with the "zero gravity" option, and answering questions from 2 sets of generations gracefully. We purchased and set up delivery for Sunday. I haven't bought a new bed ever before and I was a bit hesitant. As soon as I walked in to best mattress Melissa greeted me and we got right to what I was looking for. After trying numerous different beds out I was ready to give my new mattress a shot. The best thing was that I qualified for a payment plan and my amazing new memory foam mattress is only going to cost me 95$ monthly payments!!! If you want a new bed without hassles I definitely recommend you try this store out.

Melissa and Joshua provide excellent customer service. Both were very helpful and provided important product knowledge. Definitely would recommend shopping here for a new mattress.

This review is a little late but I recently moved and my bed frame was damaged so I needed a new one and didn't want to spend more than $50. Joshua welcomed me and got me in and out faster than I imagined! He was friendly, helpful even carried it out to my car and helped me adjust the seat so it would fit! I spent less than $50 and haven't had any problems with it so I will return here in the future when I need a new bed thanks to the great customer service :)

Melissa and Josh were fantastic. I came looking for a comfortable bed and came out knowing so much more. I asked all and felt all I can. She was patient positive and I felt like I made the BEST possible choice for the next 10 years of owning my new super comfortable mattress. Thank You Team 5 stars!

Saw an ad in mailbox decided to go and give a look. Joshua (The Store Manager) was in, and the first thing I asked about was the 90 days same as cash. I didn't want to run credit. I was approved fro a certain amount, and Josh showed me some beds in my price range. We narrowed it down, and then I found one I loved. Had it delivered same day which was awesome. I walked in and Melissa greeted me, she took me the section of what my budget fit and I was ready to go in less than 20 min. She set up delivery the next day and bam - it was all done in 20 mins! I wish all customer service was as easy as this. Thanks Melissa. I removed 1 star as the delivery guys didn't wear booties or remove their shoes. I'm in a new home so this was a bit disappointing. However this removal of the 1 star reflects nothing on the great customer service I received from Melissa.
