I cannot say enough good about Best Mattress on Fort Apache , Melissa helped buy a bed for me and one for my elderly mother. She took the time to find out what type of beds would best for us . She really was thoughtful about picking the correct mattress for my mother , she thought through mom's fall risk and helped me determine what was best . We purchased two complete sets over the course of a week, a full and a king size. Josh was knowledgeable and didn't waste our time. He was friendly and came across well. Melissa was helpful on Josh's day off. Our first delivery crew for the full size did a great job, introduced themselves and were careful in their delivery. The next crew a few days later punctured the bottom of the king size mattress. I have to say that I am so super impressed with my recent mattress buying experience. My husband and I were really worried about buying the right mattress and not really having any knowledge about mattress shopping. Joshua was absolutely amazing and so helpful that instead of shopping around, we purchased out mattress right there and then. Melissa and Josh are a great team and we highly recommend this location, extremely informative, gave us time to try mattresses and discuss them , they gave us information on all comparative models and advise on the adjustable bases. They made customers out of us and we recommended them already to others.

Great company! Great staff! Great experience! Melissa was incredibly helpful and her suggestions were spot on. I was selecting a mattress for an elderly family friend who is going in for major surgery and expected to have trouble getting in and out of bed. I'm so grateful I went to this location. Both the owner and the staff are really nice people.

Wonderful experience!! Joshua was very helpful for my purchase of a Serta adjustable queen size base. He gave me a good deal and was great about scheduling delivery in Henderson when it worked for me. I had to move up the delivery and they were very accommodating! The delivery crew was consciousness and knowledgeable- got it set up & running very efficiently. I LOVE my adjustable bed!!!

Dropped in looking for a bed set for a spare bedroom. We were able to shop without being hounded by the sales person. We just browsed found a few beds we were interested in asked a few questions and received great answers from the sales person Joshua Charison. Joshua was very accomadating without sales pressure, we did purchase a bed.

The delivery was great very very satisfied with my matters josh and Melissa your amazing ..... I will do more business with you again and recommend people to this store or any best matters store..... Can't forget about my pillows as well and pillow covers .... I'll be back for some more items
