Dropped in looking for a bed set for a spare bedroom. We were able to shop without being hounded by the sales person. We just browsed found a few beds we were interested in asked a few questions and received great answers from the sales person Joshua Charison. Joshua was very accomadating without sales pressure, we did purchase a bed.
Josh was most helpful in choosing a mattress that would fit our needs. We found him to be very knowledgeable of the mattresses and those that would suit our needs.
The delivery was great very very satisfied with my matters josh and Melissa your amazing ..... I will do more business with you again and recommend people to this store or any best matters store..... Can't forget about my pillows as well and pillow covers .... I'll be back for some more items
My family and I were in the market for new mattresses and decided to visit Best Mattress. Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted by Josh, a very friendly and accommodating customer service associate. My boyfriend and I had just moved to Las Vegas and were in need of a good mattress. Josh and Melissa were incredibly helpful and we are SO happy with our new mattress. It is hands down the best mattress we have ever owned and Josh and Melissa worked with our budget and were extremely knowledgable! Great overall experience!
My mom moved to Nevada 1 year ago from California so she started replacing the spare bedroom mattresses for when we visit. Josh and Melissa were outstanding!! No pressure, professional, knowledgable, and personable. My mattress was delivered the same day and during the hours promised - actually 3 hours after I walked out of the store. Bravo Best Mattress!!!!!
