Melissa provided outstanding customer service and information. She listened and matched exactly the perfect product. While I had shopped other places, I knew I was in the right place after talking with Melissa. I will be back to buy another mattress for the guest room. The delivery staff was perfection. Stanley called and provided the time window. They were professional, respectful and followed directions for the location. If only buying everything was this easy.

Received excellent customer service from Melissa, and after shopping around at several other places in town (Sears, Costco, mattress firm & Macy's home) we decided to return to Best Mattress. We felt the prices and service we received couldn't be beat, so ultimately we purchased from Best Mattress. We also liked that it was a locally owned and operated company. My husband and I were looking for a King size bed, but were unsure of exactly what we wanted. We stopped here first, but also went to 2 other places. We ended up coming back here and buying our mattress. Joshua is absolutely fantastic. He answered any questions we had and was willing to price match a competitor. We had a wonderful experience with Joshua and he made this a great experience. Highly recommend Best Mattress and Joshua if you're looking to buy a bed!!!

We had a great experience mattress shopping here. We had shopped around a bit and had an idea of what we wanted mattress wise, and Josh was very knowledgeable willing to clarify the pros and cons of what we were looking for. We brought our 6 year old - also named Josh - with us and was made to feel very welcome even though we arrived near closing time. We never felt rushed or pushed into anything by a "salesman". Will recommend to anyone looking for a great experience.

My husband and I walked into Best Mattress knowing that we wanted a firm non-memory foam mattress, but had no idea how many options there were. Joshua Charlson, store manager who assisted us, discussed all of our options and gave on point explanations about how each mattress differed as far as coils went etc... Went to Best Mattress and Mattress Firm, as they are only about 200 ft apart. No comparison. Best Mattress had better selection, delivery fees, prices and service. Plus a much more comfortable showroom. Steve was the salesman and wasn't pushy, but helpful. I just wish they didn't advertise free delivery, then tell you it only applies to purchases over $500. So, if you buy a mattress for $501, free delivery, so it's $501 total. If you buy a mattress for $499, they charge $50 for $549 total. Should be free if over $500... read more

Best place to get a mattress. The store manager is Steve Perales and he is all about helping you find the best mattress for you. Helps you narrow down to the best mattress to what your looking for and gives you the best price. I went out looking for a mattress stopped at 4 other stores and this was by far the best. Biggest selection for you to actually lay on and feel before buying. Made it easy and had the best prices compared to all of the others. They promised to deliver the bed next they and they didn't. Next day they said that the delivery department was closed the therth day I canceled the order . It was very stressful. I found another store where they did deliver right away.

great experience buying months ago from a really friendly african american man - but i came into today to ask about the sales coming up and there was a caucasian man with white hair who I dealt with today that was pretty condescending. i almost wonder if they get chastised for folks who want to trade in their mattress and take advantage of their 4 month trade in period? i told him that i wanted to upgrade to a larger mattress which you'd think means more $$ for them but he instead almost turned his nose at me for even co... read more
