Get directionsUpdate 8/11/2020 - After back and forth with Best Mattresses, the Serta is being replaced for us with a different mattress. Added $3,200 and got a Tempurpedic. Do yourself a favor and don't get cheap on a mattress. Just get the most expensive one in the store. My opinion about Serta remains the same, they have crappy $2,000 mattresses. If you can't buy a Tempurpedic, I would recommend not buying at all. Recommending to deal with Steve at the store off Eastern & St.Rose. Shopping for a matress today. The salesman here seemed condescending right off the bat. I asked why are they so expensive and he was like well so are cell phones. I guess its been a while since you shopped for a matress? I was like yea I bet like cell phones there is a huge mark up on these I'll shop around and he was like yes a guy like you definitely should. Screw you jerk ! Went next door to matress firm and bought what I wanted for half your price and minus the attitude
This company clearly doesn't value customers I bought a mattress set from them with the warranty the box spring broke and not only did they not replace it but they strung me along for a month to find out in the end they wouldn't replace the box spring because the mattress had a stain on it but doesn't they wouldn't even come to look at the mattress.
Terriable company shady warranty sold me a 5000$ bed and within 30 days I needed to make an exchange for the longer king and the 90 day guarantee is riddled with loop holes

I know it is my problem for not reading the fine print on the contract! However, the salesman kept talking about the "120 day sleep guarantee". We purchased an adjustable king frame and 2 extra firm mattresses. The salesman failed to tell that extra firm mattresses DO NOT bend, so when I attempted to put the head up, both the mattress and I slid off the frame. John was so nice. But the delivery guys were annoying. I asked to deliver in the afternoon but they insisted to do it in the morning. The Mattress was great! More Better than ikea.

Me and my best friend came here to pick out a mattress for my new apartment. I was super excited and then I walked in and waited for almost 15 minutes before I got help. The sales person gave me attitude because I put my feet on the bed. They have a little sheet there for people to lay down on in case they're wearing shoes, but apparently the salesperson was displeased with my shoes. I thought it was pretty rude. I purchased 2 twin extra firm Beautyrest Black mattresses. Inspector report shows one is a defective mattress, and Best Mattress (received a letter from Best Mattress) refused to replace it. I would have given 5 stars if there was no problem but 1 star is even too much for the pain it caused.
