Took my cat juice here for first time. Everyone was so nice, and made us feel so at home that juice sprawled our on the table purring and waiting for belly rubs while being fed treats! He was very relaxed which made us very happy.. as anyone who knows me knows juice is my baby boy and all that matters is his healthy and happiness. Thank you for welcoming us into your family.

Panzer is home safe and recovering thanks to the amazing staff at Best Pets who sprang into action and stabilized him in the parking lot like a team of battle-hardened combat medics. It’s obvious that your passion and hearts are in this work, because you all dropped what you were doing, ignored the fact that it was closing time, and took good care of our boy. Thank you all again!
I just got a puppy and took her here for a checkup and shots. They were so gentle with Georgie and distracted her when given her her shots. Also spent a lot of time answering my questions. High recommend them.

I recently moved to Tewksbury and I was in need of a local vet to provide care for my family dog. Best Pets was recommended to me. I am thrilled that I found such a great business, close to home, affordable and with such talented staff! The cost was much lower than I had paid in New Hampshire. Additionally, all the staff are very friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

My cat had blood in his urine. They took me in immediately and made me feel calmer than I thought I could be. The price was reasonable considering what needed to be done and I was sent home with food for aftercare. Would highly recommend!
