Truly amazing and most caring staff. A few years ago I had a very sick guinea pig they stayed open to get him in and tried to nurse him back to health. He didn’t improve and I decided to euthanize him rather than torture him they were right there beside me through out it all
RecommendedBoth my dog and cat needed dental cleanings, but the cost at my current vet was extremely high (over $1,000 for a routine cleaning for the dog). Best Pets Vet Hospital offered to do a free estimate for both the dog and cat at the same time. The price was reasonable, and they found a day that would work for both animals for my convenience. They treated the animals really well, regularly updated me, and then checked in on them the next day. I highly recommend Best Pets, I had a great experience and will definitely return!
I feel that my pets are treated with care and compassion and the team at Best pet are friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
We just visited Best Pets and my 10 year old dog was diagnosed with Addisons Disease. I feel Dr.Heidi went above and beyond to get this diagnosis and treatment started ASAP. She helped us understand how to manage his condition and made us feel much better and comfortable going forward. Thanks to the staff for calling and checking up on Sparkey!!! You are all the best! I work in the "human" medical field and this type of attention is sadly not always the case.

Normally I'm not one to write reviews. But this place is amazing! After taking such good care of my dog on Monday I got a call today to follow up to see how she was feeling! She only got a shot! Plus they helped out with her dry and flaky winter skin and told me to follow up to let me know how things go. They are so caring and amazing!
I highly recommend BEST PETS. They truly care for your pets. As a animal lover and in the business of caring for animals, I wouldn't go any where else. My babies are in the best care at BEST PETS. The staff is amazing.
