although the cake was visually perfect, the cake itself was stale. for the $232 price tag i want moist cake.
Great selection things aren't always consistent and fresh tho.
Ordered my grandmas 90th birthday cake as half and half. We cut the cake and it was marble! I specifically requested half and half because some people did not like chocolate. I am upset with this mistake. I am thankful for them making the cake, but upset with this mistake.

This place used to be amazing, I’m not sure what happened. This is the second awful experience I’ve had in a row. I tried to share my frustration and everyone just passes the blame to the next person. The staff I’ve had both times were irritated when I called to place the order. I ordered cupcakes for today, five “6 packs” because they are going to different locations. I explained that to the lady, who said oh no problem! That’s fine! We ordered a “9” cupcake cake for my sons birthday and It looked great, but horrible execution on the cupcake assembly. There is frosting in between all of the cupcakes to essentially “glue” them together. It’s a horrible mess to the point I didn’t even want to serve it because frosting was getting everywhere. Some of the cupcakes were almost stale. I’ve ordered cupcake cakes before and they were never assembled this way. What a waste of money.

Ordered a plain undecorated cake with Chocolate icing and was never told the price difference till I got up to the register.( North Strabane location) I told the young lady that I wanted the undecorated cake for $11 ( unsure of the exact price). I think she should have told me the Chocolate icing was more $$. My daughter also fell and hit her head while we were there and all they did was ask if she was ok but never came over to check on her or ask us if we needed ice.

My daughter, her friend and I decided to patronize their Canonsburg location thinking that we would be receiving the same service as Bethel Park. We waited in line for well over five minutes along with others who never acknowledged or serviced even though there were other employees in the back that would come to the front to observe all the while never bothering to ask if anyone else needed help or merely acknowledged.
