I have been utilizing Bethel Bakery over 40 Years. It has progressively been getting less of everything in their cakes. I just purchased a birthday cake this past weekend. It had filling in it. I use more jam on my toast in the morning. I am truly disappointed. The decorations using icing have gotten less through the years. Now it is being done with their filling. To spend almost 50 dollars for a 9 inch cake, I expected a better product. I will no longer purchase cakes Bethel Bakery.

I brought back a cake the last time I was in Bethel with the intent of freezing it and having the cake for a while. The cakes are amazing. My son who is in to bodybuilding and weight lifting ate the whole thing. I should have known something was going on when he kept coming back from the room the freezer was in with a fork. Needless to say I was very disappointed. It would be nice if you shipped some of your goods...I do not care if they arrive damaged just so they are edible.
My very first negative experience with them- they have done MANY cakes- My wedding cake- Birthday cakes- all occasions really. I attempted to commission a Game of Thrones theme cake for my wife's birthday- Ordering was over the phone- I asked if they had stock images or cake topper- answer was no. After all selections made, I agreed to submit ideas and images via email at their request and paid for the cake by credit card over the phone.
