Staff friendly and helpful and patient Dr G very thorough; explained each step and various options. High tech photo of teeth very impressive
Great new patient experience. The receptionist, Grace, was wonderful, very welcoming to the practice, and she even reached out to me to schedule an appointment when one became available because of a cancellation. The dental hygienist, Toni, was very personable and performed an excellent cleaning of my teeth. Dr. Greenbaum is terrific. Everything went fine. The staff took care of me in five or ten minutes. The technician was very good.
Dr Greenbaum and his staff were all so helpful and professional. My initial diagnostic visit was very thorough and Dr Greenbaum really explained everything. Follow up has also great.
It is always a pleasure to be seen at this office. There is never a long wait, you are seen within minutes of your scheduled time. The staff are friendly and engaging. Procedures are explained and as comfortable as dental work can be. The staff know insurance like the back of their hand and costs are explained in advance. No pressure here.
Great practice, excellent staff
Staff needs to improve on good listening & customer service skills. Not friendly office from my first experience. The front office staff names: Grace/Stacy & James All pronounced my surname INCORRECTLY and I stated how I pronounced it but they never CORRECTEd & apologized to me. That's a bad terrible response by the staff. Cindy "mistyped" my simple surname as "KOA" which should have been "Kao" on my file as I was viewing on the tv monitor my x-rays.
